Posa’s El Merendero Restaurants offer both full service and self serve catering menus for all size catering events.
The Posa family has been making, serving and selling some of the finest new mexican food in Santa Fe for over 50 years.
Our handmade tamales have been a staple of our business since 1955. They are still made the same way as our original tamale was made by our grandparents.
Posa’s catering focuses on New Mexican food and we only cater New Mexican dishes.
Our full service menus include two servers, delivery, set-up and pick-up with a variety of main entrée combinations.
Our self serve menu offers a wide variety of items to make your home, business or fund raising event a success.
Posa's has expanded their catering to include all your set-up and serving needs. Complete disposable chafing kits, serving utensils, dinnerware, silverware and table covers.
